About us
Our Mission
At C4PIN, we are dedicated to supporting low-income individuals, the disabled, elderly, veterans, and others facing challenges in our community. We provide affordable computers to them and the agencies that assist them. Primarily for residents of Whatcom and Skagit counties.
We are also committed to protecting the environment by reclaiming and recycling electronic waste donated by the community. We refurbish usable items for a second life and responsibly recycle those that cannot be salvaged, all while offering valuable training and work experience to our volunteers.
Our History
C4PIN began as Computers 4 Kids, in the early 2000s. In November 2017, C4PIN became an 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization, and since then we have provided about hundreds computers a year, and recycled countless more.

If you qualify under one of the above criteria, we will request some form of proof to verify your eligibility (e.g., EBT card, student ID). Once we have verified your eligibility, we can proceed with your request for a computer. Please note that you only need to show the proof; you do not need to provide a copy, except for vouchers.
Additionally, in order to qualify for this program you must be a resident of either WHATCOM or SKAGIT county.
