Our Missions
Provide Digital Access
Refurbished computers are distributed to local low-income students, families, individuals, and the non-profit agencies that serve them.
Computers are diagnosed, cleaned, repaired, and imaged with a genuine copy of Chrome Flex, Linux Mint, or Microsoft Windows 11 Professional. The result is reliable products for our clients, and digital access for those who need it.

Education
We partnered with local schools to offer technical internships to college students. In addition, the E-Waste Manager, Robert Gavel offers on-the job training and evaluations for hardware tear-down and rebuilding of computers to interested volunteers and college students.

Repurpose, Reclaim, Recycle (R³)
C4PIN is committed to the planet and its people. We accept donations of used computers, peripherals and other e-waste that would otherwise end up in a landfill. Donated computers meeting our specifications are refurbished for reuse. All e-waste donations that cannot be refurbished are broken down and responsibly disposed of through our recycling program.
We do NOT accept the following items:
- Trash
- Hazardous materials (e.g. freon, oil)
- Bulk items (e.g. washer/dryer)
- CRT monitors
- Printers
If the item you are donating contains a battery, we ask for a monetary donation of $5 per battery in order to cover the cost of recycling the battery. If you have any of the items listed above, please reach out to 1PC, which is located in Bellingham, just off of Meridian.
